At SleepKey, we strive to provide high-quality bedsheets and comforters. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Returns Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear & tear

  • Color or design variation due to screen/display differences

  • Products returned without original packaging and tags

  • Clearance sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share order ID, product images/video, and issue details

  3. Our team will review and approve the request

  4. Approved returns will be picked up or instructed for self-shipping

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued:

    • To the original payment method for prepaid orders

    • As store credit or bank transfer for COD orders (as applicable)

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Replacement / Exchange

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, we offer replacement or exchange, subject to stock availability

  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders that are refused or not accepted at delivery may result in order restrictions for future purchases

  • Repeated COD refusals may lead to account blacklisting
