At SleepKey, we aim to deliver your comfort essentials safely and on time. Please read the delivery details below before placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

• We currently deliver across India

• Delivery availability depends on your pincode serviceability

• Certain remote or non-serviceable areas may not be eligible for delivery

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout

• Any promotional free shipping offers will be mentioned on the website

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on selected pincodes

• SleepKey reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or customers

6. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email

• You can track your order using the provided tracking link

7. Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to origin (RTO)

8. Delays & Exceptions

• SleepKey is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Natural calamities or government restrictions

• In such cases, we will assist you in resolving the issue where possible

9. Damaged Packages

• If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order

• Contact us immediately with photos or video proof
